These Terms and Conditions apply to every purchase from specialtytrenchless.com, operated by Specialty Trenchless Products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping & Returns policy, and our Privacy Policy.
Products and pricing
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, photos, and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. If we find an error in the price or description of something you ordered, we’ll contact you before shipping. You can then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
Product photos are for illustration. The equipment you receive may differ slightly in color, labeling, or packaging.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including orders we suspect are fraudulent, orders with pricing errors, or orders for more than we have available. If we decline or cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll refund your payment in full.
Payment and sales tax
Payment is due in full when you place your order. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. If your business is tax-exempt, please contact us before ordering with your exemption certificate.
Shipping, returns, and warranty
Shipping, the 48-hour policy for equipment that doesn’t work on arrival, and warranty details are explained in our Shipping & Returns policy. All sales are final except as described there.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the manufacturer warranty that comes with RinnoVision RV-MAX 360 systems and the 48-hour coverage described in our Shipping & Returns policy, all products are sold “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Specialty Trenchless will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost jobs, downtime, or damage to pipes or property, arising from the purchase or use of our products, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
